The return from Qatar in 1983 saw Tricia, Samantha and Jonathan settle in Hayfield in the Peak Distict. In 1984 Eleanor was born, and 1988 saw the birth of Nathan. The family continued to live in Hayfield with the children all attending the Hayfield Primary School, and later Sam and Ellie going to St Thomas Moore and Nay going to New Mills. Tricia departed on January 11th 2005, and unfortunately was not able to see Sam getting her nursing degree, Ellie obtaining her first degree in Geography then an MSc and now having achieved her PhD, and Nay launching a career as a chef in New Zealand. She would have been immensely proud of them all, and her grandchildren Abby and Holly in Melbourne, Australia, and Anna in Botswana.
